The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has conferred a National Honour of Art & Culture Ambassador on the Chief Executive Officer of Alfanla Entertainment Record Label, Mr. Ojo Ismail Yinka, popularly known as Alfanla, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to youth development and the promotion of creative talent across Nigeria.
The honour was presented by the NANS Director of Art and Culture, Comrade Abiola Peter Oluwaremilekun (Akeremoye), who lauded Alfanla’s dedication to students empowerment and his impact in advancing Nigeria’s entertainment landscape.
The certificate, officially issued on September 10, 2025, under the authority of NANS and its charter of demand, was formally handed over to Alfanla on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in Abeokuta.
Comrade Akeremoye described Alfanla as a “pillar of cultural innovation” whose work continues to inspire emerging artists.
Through his record label, Alfanla Entertainment, he has supported and promoted young creative talents, including; Heritage Comedy, Solotone Ibile, Deejah Love, Dot Six Singer and Don Kay, among others.
In his appreciation speech, Alfanla expressed gratitude to the NANS leadership for the recognition, dedicating the honour to his team and pledging continued support for students, youth and talented individuals.
