On Thursday in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State, Fayoyin, who had left the party after the primary election, expressed that he is ready to return to Ogun NNPP, noting that he was rigorously embattled by his party’s Chairman, Oginni, when he was the governorship aspirant of Party in the last election.

During a conversation with our correspondent, Fayoyin said – “Yes, it’s time to return to my party in Ogun State, the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP for a better restructuring in accordance with the constitutional provisions of the Party”.

“Now that Oginni has been finally expelled as the Chairman of the Party based on his obvious anti-party activities, I have to go back and work with the leadership, as well as all the good members of the party across the board, especially, my fellow embattled partys faithful”.

Initially, I left the party when I noticed that Oginni is highly irrational, deceitful and cunning in style. He has been an undemocratic leader with controversial ideologies that can never move the Party forward”.

“Though, when I left, I have been running a Foundation, ‘Jobby International Movement’ with thousands of volunteers around the world, while several helps have been rendered, many awards have been received and different testimonies have been gathered through our good-will”.

After Oginni‘s expulsion, I have been getting joyous calls from the Party‘s faithful within and outside the State, they wanted me to come and take up the leadership, and after proper consultations, I have no reason to be left out anymore”.

I must commend our Party members for their endurance and support for NNPP, and I want to assure that we will do our best together,in order to rejuvenate the lost glory of our party when I am fully back”,Fayoyinvoiced.

The youngest governorship aspirant further vowed to do his best towards the progress of the Party for a new dawn and benefit of all.
